Every new book starts with an
introduction setting the scene. In this inaugural episode of
“Unbridled Living”, I share where we’ve been and where we’re
going.
The thing is, your
ideal performance state is not simply found in your head. Your
brain and your body are connected. Your stories, beliefs and boxes,
they are connected too. How you live Monday through Friday is
connected to your ride on Saturday. There is no separation, you are
an entire unit of magic. We can't simply “think” our way out of our
issues for a reason.
One of the reasons why
I'm moving away from "The Rider's Mind" brand and podcast name is
because of this. It's not just about what you have in your mind. I
share more about this shift in this first episode. I hope you enjoy
